• With sky rocketing healthcare costs, increasing stress in the workplace and related illnesses causing unnecessary sick days in addition to the possibility of low morale and productivity, why not offer Tai Chi to employees and reap the many benefits that this ancient art can provide?  Please see my Tai Chi for the Workplace flyer.

• The Hamilton Twp. Board of Education has decided to close the Hamilton Twp. Adult Community Education Program effective July 2016.  Therefore there will no longer be Tai Chi or other classes offered through the township  (see course description here of previous classes).  Please contact the township for more information. Please see the Hamilton Township School District web page with a link to the current program guide.

• If you are local, please join us for TAI CHI in the PARK.  A group meets at the boat house parking lot in Mercer County Park periodically on Fridays weather permitting; gathering near the lake beside the canopied picnic pavilion.  All are welcome!  Please contact me for more information or to be placed on the e-mail distribution list for announcements (sample in above link).

• See the latest Tai Chi Lee newsletter (not all links are functional on this pdf copy).  Newsletters are sent occasionally via e-mail to subscribers on our list.  You may subscribe here and you always have the option to unsubscribe once you receive the newsletter.

• Please check out my instructional DVDs and other items on the Products page.  Also check out some reference videos that you may find helpful on the Photos & Video page - more will be added in the future so keep checking back!

• A workshop by Guy DeRosa may be scheduled for sometime in 2016 at RWJ Fitness and Wellness Hamilton.  All are welcome! The cost would be $30 for members, $40 for nonmembers.  See the flyer from 2012 - read more and plan on joining us!

• Tai Chi Lee is on Blog Talk Radio.   The schedule has changed and the live shows are done ad-hoc.  The shows will be announced in advance so you can listen to them live when it airs or listen to one of the archived episodes by scrolling down the page on the BTR link above.

• World Tai Chi and Qigong Day - held the last Saturday in April.

• Zhang San Feng Festival - held in June each year.

• Master Jou, Tsung Hwa Birthday Celebration - held in July each year.

Past Events

• Dragonfly Farms and Natural Awakenings are sponsoring a Health & Wellness Community Day on Saturday, June 13th from 11 am to 4 pm, featuring 40 vendors in the health and wellness field - Tai Chi Lee was there!

• This year the RWJ Hamilton Tai Chi group celebrated World Tai Chi and Qigong Day during the regular Saturday class (see photos).  A short form was taught along with demonstrations.  There were 30 member participants and 14 non-member participants! Next year we’ll plan to make it even better so stay tuned for another World Tai Chi Day celebration the last Saturday of April 2016 at RWJ Hamilton Wellness Center!  Read the flier and watch here for more information as the date approaches.

• The Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton featured Tai Chi Lee in the July 10, 2014 “Walk & Talk.” Please watch for other tai chi events there - see the G for S calendar. 

• Our group performed a short tai chi demonstration on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the annual Dragon Boat Festival in Mercer County Park.  You may view some photographs of the event HERE. 

• Tai Chi Lee in September 2012 issue of Natural Awakenings magazine!  Read the article.

• Guy DeRosa Yang style tai chi workshop - Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 1 to 3 PM in Studio 2. Read more.

• Sam Masich Workshop - “Push Hands and the 13 Powers”  was held in October 2004 at the Princeton Arts Council.
