If you are local, please join us for TAI CHI in the PARK. A group meets at the boat
house parking lot in Mercer County Park periodically on Fridays weather permitting; gathering near the lake beside the canopied picnic pavilion. All are welcome! Please contact me for more

Tai Chi Lee is on Blog Talk Radio. The schedule has
changed and the live shows are done ad-hoc. The shows will be announced in advance so you can listen to them live when it airs or listen to one of the archived episodes by scrolling down the page on

Dragonfly Farms and Natural Awakenings are sponsoring a Health & Wellness Community Day on Saturday, June 13th from 11 am to 4 pm, featuring 40 vendors in the health and wellness field - Tai Chi Lee was there!
This year the RWJ Hamilton Tai Chi group celebratedWorld Tai Chi and Qigong Dayduring the regular Saturday class (see photos). A short form was taught along with demonstrations. There were 30 member participants and 14 non-member participants!
Next year we’ll plan to make it even better so stay tuned for another World Tai Chi Day celebration the last Saturday of April 2016 at RWJ Hamilton Wellness Center! Read the flier and watch here for more information as the date approaches.
